Sigma Training Systems Inc. has a wonderful team on their side to make everyone’s training the best that it can me, and the most affordable for the employers.

The combined experience of our team exceeds a total of 85 years of business experience, and we all have worked in various sectors, including: manufacturing, hi-tech industries, public corporations, large infrastructure construction companies, pipeline companies, non-profit organizations, aerospace industries, healthcare, government, telecommunications, large retail sector, airlines, service industries, and much more.

Training and development can be described as “an educational process, which involves the sharpening of skills, concepts, changing of attitude and gaining more knowledge to enhance the performance of employees”, and that is exactly what we set out to do for the workforce of all companies.

A recent survey indicates that 40 per cent of employees who receive poor job training leave their positions within the first year. They cite the lack of skills training and development as the principal reason for moving on.

Mr. Shahzad Shah

Mr. Shah has over 25 years executive leadership experience working for public corporations in North America. His main strength has been building results oriented teams that have turned around existing companies. He has also assembled teams that have launched successful companies in North America. He was part of the Leadership Team that crafted and executed strategy for a $2 billion organization. In his roles, he has managed and driven continuous improvement initiatives for multi facility divisions across North America introducing Lean methodologies and sharing best practices. Mr. Shah has directly managed various companies from $5 Million to $100 Million in revenue.

Mr. Frank Buonpensiero

Business Marketing and Business Administration – Georgian College, Barrie, ON
Former member of the Board of Directors for the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce, Ontario.

Mr. Buonpensiero has an extensive background in Human Resources and Business Development. He was also instrumental in his role at Carma Financial as Business Development Advisor. His role allowed the company to achieve set targets and goals, which as a publicly traded company needed to achieve.

Mr. Anil Gupta

Mr. Gupta has been helping organizations improve their performance over the past 15 years across a wide range of industries in North America. He works with executive teams to build the strategic plan and cultural orientation for the organization, and helps middle level leaders translate the strategic plans into execution plans. He also leads complex cross-functional problem solving, transformational process redesign exercises, and enables organizations through Lean and Six Sigma training. His interest is to build a comprehensive management system, which integrates an organization’s strategic plans with organizational culture and employee engagement. Mr. Gupta currently teaches Lean Six Sigma courses at the University of Toronto and McMaster University.

Mrs. Benedita P. Wilkerson

Business Administration – School of Business, Setubal, Portugal
English Literature – Seneca College, Toronto, ON

Mrs. Wilkerson has over 12 years experience in proposal writing for various businesses in a variety of sectors, from engineering, large constructions companies, pipelines companies, aircraft manufacturers, insurance companies, among others, as well as non-profit organizations. She has managed the marketing department of international companies and initiated the blueprint foundations for companies to initiate bids based on a set of steps and rules for successful bidding.
